Load distribution on gearing
MDESIGN LVR/LVRplanet
Optimize load capacity and tooth flanks
MDESIGN LVR can be used to perform load distribution calculations for involute cylindrical gears. The load distribution is calculated over the width of the flank and in the meshing direction. The results of the calculation are displayed graphically and can be shown for both individual and total meshing. The result of the load distribution calculation as a ratio of maximum to average stress of the intervention field can be documented quickly and reliably. In addition, all results of the geometry calculation (DIN 3960) and the service life calculation (DIN 3990) are displayed.
Even complex applications can be used quickly with MDESIGN
Even complex tasks that arise for detailed optimization must be completed with a modern, user-friendly system. The MDESIGN architecture ensures precisely this requirement. The required entries are systematically divided into processing groups. The status bar shows for which processing groups entries have already been defined. This architecture ensures practical user guidance through to the secure creation of all documents.
The optimum flank geometry is the goal
MDESIGN LVR automatically makes suggestions for flank modifications based on the environment analysis with regard to stiffness and deformation. This means that constant width support can be achieved right from the start. Thanks to comprehensive options, all modifications relevant in practice can be mapped in MDESIGN LVR. Measured flank topologies can also be imported. deformations in gearboxes cannot be eliminated, but they can be superimposed in such a way that they cancel each other out. MDESIGN LVR provides the necessary information here.
